The National Caravan Council's Fair Trader Holiday Park Scheme helps you identify trustworthy parks across the UK that put you, the consumer, first.

The Fair Trader holiday parks you can be sure that:

  1. The park is committed to high standards of customer care and puts the customer first.
  2. The park has achieved a minimum of three stars under the British Graded Holiday Park Scheme, a national quality standard operated by Visit Britain, that assesses the quality and standards of the facilities on park.
  3. The park complies with the industry Code of Practice and leisure agreements which are fair, transparent and written in plain English.
  4. The park has been thoroughly assessed by a qualified independent assessor and has met all the scheme's strict criteria in full.
  5. The park will continue to be assessed to remain in the scheme and will be subject to unannounced periodic checks.

The Hoseasons Diamond Award represents the holiday parks in the Hoseasons portfolio whose quality, product, facilities and customer service are second to none.

Visit England is The England Tourist Board and as such has the 'Enjoy England Quality Rose' as a standard of quality for accommodation. This seal of approval means you can rest assured that your accommodation will be of the highest standard.

Conditions of Booking

 

The following conditions and regulations specifically apply to touring caravans and tents:

 

1. As touring caravans are principally designed for family holidays, we reserve the right to refuse any booking from parties which may, in our opinion, be unsuitable: either by reason of numbers, composition or false declaration.

 

2. The management will not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to the caravan and/or car in respect of which this license is given, or contents of the same nor the death or injury to any person whilst upon or using the Bunn Leisure Centre.

 

3. Dogs are accepted but must at all times be kept on a lead. Please ask for directions to our dog exercising areas.

 

4. Only the pitch allocated by the Park Manager shall be used.

 

5. Please note that push chairs are not allowed in the clubs for safety reasons and fire regulations.

 

6. Generators cannot be used anywhere at Warner Farm.

 

7. Bookings will not be accepted from groups of unrelated young people, mixed or single sex.

 

8. Only fully qualified drivers will be allowed to drive cars whilst on the park. Under no circumstances are motor fun bikes or scrambler type bikes allowed on to the park.

 

9. The management reserves the right to remove any vehicle, caravan or person from the Park in breach of any of the above conditions. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

 

10. Extra persons added to the holiday after the booking form has been accepted will be charged at Visitors Rate.

 

11. On arrival at the park the Cancellation Protection will cease and under no circumstances can there be a refund of any tariff that has been paid.

 

12. If Cancellation Protection is not taken, no refunds for whatever reason will be made.

 

13. Commercial vehicles must be parked in car park areas only - NOT on pitches.

 

14. Maximum length of caravans is 25ft. Maximum tent size is 7.5 meters x 5 meters (24ft x 16ft)
